Van 2017-2020 assisteerde ik met Hansje van Halem het ontwerpen vaneen nieuwe huisstijl voor het festival Lowlands. Doormiddel van een uniek computerprogramma ontwikkeld door Just van Rossem en onze creatieve eigenzinnigheid zetten we de meest wilde ontwerpen neer. De huisstijl omvat ontwerpen uiteenlopend van van polsbandjes tot de festivaltenten.

Hansje van Halem over het project: "Since 2019 we are in charge of the design for Lowlands Festival. In 2019 Just van Rossum translated my static design proposal into Drawbot powered Python code where black & input gets translated into a horizontal/vertical grid of lines. Just added exciting parameters which we can use to manipulate the output. This year we teamed up with animator Jurriaan Hos who did a great job exploring the options of our design system in motion. He surprises us with animation designs that bring the Lowlands style to a whole new level. A wonderful collaboration ending up with things none of us could have done alone.
